Do you work in person or virtually?
I am working only virtually.
Do you take insurance?
I do not participate in any insurance plans, however, if your insurance policy includes out of network benefits, I am happy to provide you with a Superbill, which you can submit to your insurance for reimbursement. Please check with your insurance provider for details.
What does therapy cost?
The initial intake session lasts for 60 minutes and costs $350.00
Sessions with children last for 45 minutes and cost $250.00
Sessions with adults last for 60 minutes and cost $325.00
In cases of high conflict divorce, there is a $40 surcharge per session.
How frequent are sessions?
Sessions with children are weekly or twice a week. Sessions with parents are generally every four to six weeks, unless more frequent sessions are needed. Sessions with adults in therapy are weekly.
Is therapy confidential?
Confidentiality is dictated by both legal and ethical concerns. I will not disclose any identifying information about you or your child to others unless I have your signed consent or in cases where I am legally required to do so. Legally, protected health information may be disclosed under the following circumstances: court order or other legally mandated requirement for disclosure of information; to obtain needed services for you or your child, such as in the case of an emergency need for hospitalization; clear risk of harm to self or others; suspected child abuse; or to obtain payment.
