Where are you located?  

My office is in Corte Madera, California. It is 3 minutes off of Highway 101 and 10 minutes north of the Golden Gate Bridge. 

Are you working in person or on-line (virtually) and what precautions are you taking? 

I am currently working both in person and on-line, according to the needs of each family. I do require children to wear a mask uness both parents are fully vaccinated against the COVID virus. I also wear a mask or face shield in that case. I have installed an air purifier system in my office and hand sanitizer is provided. 

Do you take insurance?

I do not participate in any insurance plans, however, if your insurance policy includes out of network benefits, I am happy to provide you with a monthly Superbill, which you can submit to your insurance for reimbursement. Please check with your insurance provider for details. 

What does therapy cost? 

The initial intake session lasts 60 minutes and costs $285.00

Sessions with children last 45 minutes and cost $210.00

Sessions with parents last 60 minutes and cost $260.00 

In cases of high conflict divorce, there is a $40 surcharge per session. 

Fees are raised generally every two years. Fees will be increased in September 2021.

How frequent are sessions? 

Sessions with children are weekly or twice a week. Sessions with parents are generally every four to six weeks, unless more frequent sessions are needed. 

Is therapy confidential? 

Confidentiality is dictated by legal and ethical concerns. I will not disclose any identifying information about you or your child to others unless I have your signed consent or in cases where I am legally required to do so. Legally, protected health information may be disclosed under the following circumstances: court order or other legally mandated requirement for disclosure of information; to obtain needed services for you or your child, such as in the case of an emergency need for hospitalization; clear risk of harm to self or others; suspected child abuse; or to obtain payment.
